Role Overview

Assistant Manager – FP&A

Key Responsibilities

Lead
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
activities
Prepare
monthly MIS, variance analysis
, and performance dashboards
Develop and manage
Power BI dashboards and reports
for management decision-making
Handle
desk-based analytical queries
, ad-hoc financial analysis, and business insights
Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and profitability trends
Support senior management with
financial modeling and scenario analysis
Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy
Improve reporting efficiency through
automation and process optimization

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

5–12 years of experience
in FP&A or corporate finance
Mandatory hands-on experience in Power BI
(dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX preferred)
Strong experience in handling
desk queries / ad-hoc financial analysis
Excellent command over
Excel (advanced level)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
Experience in large corporates or fast-paced environments
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.) is an added advantage
