1. Assistant Manager - Operation for Gujarat 2. Should have experience more than 10 Years with TPIA or QA/QC with PMC/LSTK/Manufacturing Unit Roles and Responsibilities 1. Lead and supervise a team of inspectors or operational staff. 2. Develop and implement inspection schedules and plans to meet operational needs and client requirements. 3. Oversee and ensure that all inspections adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies 4. Ensure proper documentation of inspection results, including preparation of detailed inspection reports and IRN. 5. Address any operational issues or challenges that arise during inspections or related processes. 6. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding inspection matters. 7. Evaluate existing inspection processes and procedures, looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
