Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

The work location for this position is in Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai within the Manufacturing industry. It is essential to have flexibility to work on alternate Saturdays. As a Corporate Hiring Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to recruit candidates for various positions across different levels within the specified TAT parameters. You will be required to collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Pan India locations using the HRMS system. You will play a key role in driving recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordination, and selection. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with external vendors when necessary to ensure hiring goals are achieved. To attract potential candidates, you will utilize a variety of recruitment methods such as social media platforms, networking events, campus recruitment, and job fairs. Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to assess their interest and suitability for roles will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be important for you to work closely with managers and the HR Operations team to establish selection criteria for candidates. Furthermore, you will be required to provide guidance and support to the team to ensure compliance with the recruitment process and meeting Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
