As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition in a full-time hybrid role with our client based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full-life cycle recruiting process. While the primary work location is Bengaluru, some remote work is permissible. Your responsibilities will include managing hiring processes, improving employer branding, conducting interviews, and implementing effective recruiting strategies. Collaboration with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and ensure alignment with the firm's standards will be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should bring experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and recruiting strategies, proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes, expertise in Employer Branding, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, and preferably, knowledge of the BPO/BPS industry. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.,
