Solution Architect (BFS / Mortgage)

Domain: Banking & Financial Services (Mortgage) Role Type: Solution Architect Location: WFH (Bangalore or Mumbai preferred) Experience: 7+ years (BPM + BFS domain) Key Responsibilities : Solution Design: Lead architecture planning for customer-facing digital products in the mortgage domain. Client Engagement: Work with Tier 1 BFS clients to understand pain points, craft innovative proposals, and participate in RFP responses. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with business development, operations, and transformation teams. Tech & Market Awareness: Keep up with BPM and digital CX trends to design advanced, cost-effective solutions. Presentation & Communication: Write white papers, present strategies, and defend solutions to clients. Ideal Candidate Should Have : Mortgage domain understanding (especially US market). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel). Experience with RFPs, cost modeling, and solution estimations. High business acumen and structured thinking.
