Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager - AI/ML/CX with our clients. End-to-End Solutioning: Build digital solutions for global tech clients from scratch. GTM Strategy: Collaborate with vertical heads for Go-to-Market planning. Innovation-Driven: Propose creative approaches in areas like AI/ML and Trust & Safety. Client-Centric Delivery: Handle proposal creation, sales support, and early delivery setup. Cross-Team Coordination: Align efforts with Sales, Transitions, Pricing, and Tech teams. Market Scanning: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Ideal Candidate Should Have :  Deep experience in tech services (specially BPM, CX, Trust & Safety). Ability to handle high-pressure startup environments. Strong commercial, technical, and communication skills.
