Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition

As a Recruitment Manager at CYRIX Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization. Your responsibilities and authority will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Monitoring recruitment metrics, generating reports, and assessing effectiveness to improve processes. - Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements and contribute to workforce planning. - Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. - Overseeing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness to potential candidates. - Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners. - Leading and mentoring the recruitment team to achieve performance goals. Preferred educational and experience requirements for this role include: - MBA in Human Resources. - Proven experience of 7+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the following job skills and knowledge are required: - Strong understanding of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in healthcare and manufacturing industries. - Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruiting.
