Job Description

Collaborate with Head Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people to the target roles.
Perform preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands as per TAT.
Conduct recruitment related activities and facilitate hiring of appropriate talents for middle level and senior level roles.
Collaborate with functional department/ TA team and regional HR team for all hiring needs.
Track and analyze the fulfilment of workforce requests from business in order to maintain smooth business operations.
Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines.
Analyze salary mapping done in competitor firms and provide inputs on the revision of salary slabs as per the industry standards.
Adopt cost effective recruitment strategies to optimize TA Cost.
