Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliation of project-related expenses.
• Support management with data analysis, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to ensure alignment between project and finance workflows.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
