Description
Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end architectural design for residential, commercial, or institutional projects Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws Review and approve design changes, shop drawings, and material specifications Participate in site visits and supervise construction to ensure design intent and quality standards Maintain project documentation and report on timelines, deliverables, and budgets Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainable practices Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institute (B.Arch / M.Arch) 3–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc. Good understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Licensed Architect (preferred but not mandatory)
