Job Description

As a Field Collections Manager at Spocto, your role involves managing in-house Team Leaders and vendor management at the location level. You will be responsible for controlling the portfolio in terms of physical collections and CRR indicators in the external domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the allocation strategy, capacity planning, Span of control, and training in-house staff about products and services. - Analyzing team performance and providing corrective action for improvement. - Ensuring proper quality controls on the set process. - Handling customer escalation and complaints management in coordination with other departments. - Providing training and development for team motivation. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Graduation is mandatory. - Candidate should have field team handling experience (TLs/Agents). - Computer literacy, including proficiency in internet usage, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and presentation skills. - Ability to efficiently coordinate with other departments to resolve queries.
