We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager - SPA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the spa, including scheduling staff and overseeing service quality.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
