Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager - SPA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in all spa services.
Analyze sales trends and develop plans to increase revenue.
Train and mentor staff members to improve their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing spa operations or related fields.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures.
Familiarity with luxury brands and high-end customer service standards.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
