Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager - SPA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing spa operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the spa, including scheduling staff and overseeing service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service standards.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, customer service, and staff management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
