Role Overview:

Assistant Manager – Social Media


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms aligned with the brand voice.
  • Own the end-to-end content calendar – ideation, planning, briefing, execution, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with the in-house creative team and external collaborators to develop high-quality, aesthetic content (photoshoots, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy that resonates with our audience and maintains the luxury tone of voice.
  • Analyze social media metrics regularly, track performance, and optimize content based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships with relevant personalities aligned with Interflora’s ethos.
  • Support in campaign planning, product launches, and festive promotions from a social media lens.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A strong understanding of

    luxury aesthetics

    , tone, and content styling – experience with

    Interflora or similar high-end brands

    is a major plus.
  • Proficient in crafting creative briefs, understanding visual storytelling, and working with design/photo/video teams.
  • Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects with tight timelines.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and elevated brand experiences.
