The brand is present in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait – and is looking to enter other major markets within & outside GCC.


As the HR Operations Senior Executive / Assistant Manager at Styli - India, you would be managing end-to-end HR operations.


Primary Responsibilities:


We are looking for a candidate having 4-6 years of experience.


HR Data Management & Reporting:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate employee data across HRIS (Human Resources Information

System) and ensure data integrity.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports on key metrics such as headcount,

turnover, employee engagement, and diversity.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track HR KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Responsible for maintaining all employee documentation (Medical insurance, Life insurance, etc.)

• Responsible for proving inputs for the monthly payroll process.

• Generate ad-hoc employee documents requested, reports, and data insights as requested by

stakeholders.

Payroll Management:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, and deductions.

• Maintain payroll records, reports, and data in an organized and confidential manner.

• Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and taxation related to payroll.

• Assist in audits and year-end processes.

• Respond to employee queries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies

HR Process Optimization:

• Responsible for managing complete back-end HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding,

performance management, engagement and offboarding) to provide seamless candidate/employee experience.

• Gatekeeper of the employee policy for the organization.

• Support HR operations in streamlining workflows and reducing administrative burden.
