Assistant Managers

You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for Inspiras enterprise SaaS solutions.


This is a consultative B2B role involving customer engagement, market research, and business development through in-person meetings, networking, and digital channels.

You will also contribute market intelligence insights by visiting organizations across industries to identify software needs and emerging opportunities that could inspire new product ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients for Enterpirse Business Application software in HVAC, Manufacturing, and Services sectors.
  • Generate leads through outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct impactful online and in-person product presentations and demos.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals independently.
  • Maintain and update an active sales pipeline in the companys CRM system.
  • Build and nurture long-term, consultative customer relationships.
  • Conduct

    market research and intelligence

    by visiting companies in different verticals to understand their software requirements and emerging trends.
  • Provide structured feedback to management on new business opportunities and potential software product ideas.
  • Travel frequently for client meetings, demos, trade events, and exhibitions across India.

Candidate ProfileEducation:

  • Graduate / Diploma in IT, Business, or related fields

Experience:

  • Assistant Manager Sales:

    5 years in Enterprise Software Sales
  • Sales Executive

    : 2 years in B2B Software / SaaS / IT product sales

Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages preferred
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a consultative, problem-solving mindset
  • Willing to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic business environments
