Job Description

Identify and deelop new business opportunities for catering, banquets, conferences, weddings, and social eents.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Achiee indiidual and departmental sales targets (reenue, bookings, and conersion).
Conduct site inspections, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on leads effectiely.

Client Relationship Management

Sere as the primary point of contact for catering clients from inquiry to eent completion.
Understand client requirements, customize offerings, and proide tailored eent solutions.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Eent Coordination

Work closely with the Banquet, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure smooth eent execution.
Share accurate banquet eent orders (BEOs) and client requirements with releant departments.
Attend pre-eent meetings and be present during key eents to ensure serice excellence.

Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reenue reports, and monthly performance reiews.
Maintain an updated database of corporate, social, and wedding clients.
