Roles & Responsibilities
Apartments & Villas sellingAttending daily walk-ins, giving presentation, showing site and follow-ups.Arranging site visits and follow ups.Conversion of site visit to booking.Meeting prospective clients for projects demo / booking.Collecting booking form / Cheque from customer place.Managing leads in ERP on a daily basis and follow up of customers.MIS Maintaining and sending reports on a daily/weekly/Monthly - basis.Achieving sales target on a monthly basis.Lead generation through existing client reference.Maintaining site visit date baseInteraction with bankers for land / home loan.
Qualification
MBA / Any Degree
Experience
3+yrs Exp in Real Estate Industry handling high profile customers
