Assistant Manager Sales

As an integral part of our team at Accor, your role will involve planning and initiating action plans to secure new business opportunities for the organization. You will be responsible for determining effective and productive sales programs, fostering relationships with both current and potential customers, and keeping abreast of the range of facilities offered at Novotel Goa Shrem Resort. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will assist in the execution of sales strategies and plans, ensuring that all matters affecting the interests of the hotel are promptly addressed. In collaboration with the Sales Manager, you will contribute to the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for various segments, striving to achieve the objectives outlined in the organization's Strategic Plan. Your dedication to updating and upgrading your knowledge and awareness of our offerings will be key in your success in this role.
