Job Profile

Manage existing business partners and identify new partners to sell our COPEs.
Bring in sales of prepaid and postpaid STBs, as well as activations from existing and new partners, as per the set targets.
Monitoring the existing business partners and assisting with their concerns/challenges.
Keep the churn below the targets set.
Achieve the collection targets.
Promote Broadband, Combo, and other digital products introduced by the organization.
Measure and report to management on the impact of all activities being implemented.
Track customer issues through partners and resolve.
Recovery of deactivated STBs from the market.
