We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager- Sales to join our team in Udaipur, India. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in Delhi and Mumbai, with the possibility of frequent travel to these locations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in Delhi and Mumbai markets
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Travel frequently to Delhi and Mumbai to oversee sales operations and meet with clients

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• In-depth understanding of the Delhi and Mumbai markets
• Willingness to travel frequently between Udaipur, Delhi, and Mumbai
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages is a plus
