As a Sales Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to nurture relationships with both old and existing customers through phone calls. You will also be in charge of overseeing the sales team and assigning tasks to team members. Meeting sales targets and goals effectively is essential in this role, along with attending meetings and daily stand-ups to stay informed about the team's progress. Monitoring the performance of the sales staff will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring that the team is on track to achieve their objectives. In-house sales activities and addressing customer issues promptly are also part of your day-to-day responsibilities. To qualify for this position, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous. Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or similar fields is required to be successful in this role.
