Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Sales located in Chennai. The Assistant Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, providing support to clients, managing documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies
Strong Market Research and Analysis Skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Ability to Work Independently and in Teams
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software
Experience in the Real Estate Industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
