Job Designation / Title : Assistant Manager – Program Design & Administration Department : Livelihoods Position Reports to : Head – Program Design & Development Type of Employment : Full-time, on the Company’s Payroll Based in : Mumbai (Airoli, Navi Mumbai) Position Summary: Creating content for Magic Bus's livelihood vertical. Support the end-to-end planning, design, coordination, and review of livelihood training interventions under the Magic Bus skilling ecosystem. This role blends content innovation with structured program oversight—ensuring timely stakeholder engagement, data-backed improvement, and knowledge capture. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable brainstorming curriculum enhancements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using data to improve program delivery. Key Responsibilities areas: Program Design & Delivery: o Support the development and contextualization of life and employability skills curricula aligned with national frameworks and youth needs. o Assist in designing and delivering structured interventions across training centers in coordination with content, training, and operations teams. o Ensure curricula are inclusive, activity-based, and relevant to youth from marginalized communities. Stakeholder Management: o Coordinate with internal teams (training, M&E, MIS) and external partners to support seamless implementation. o Represent the team and facilitate review meetings, pilot testing cycles, and cross-functional feedback loops for program enhancement. o Build collaborative relationships with trainers, center staff, technical experts, vendor consultants, and existing and potential funders. Monitoring, Feedback and Quality Assurance: o Support in developing and executing processes for collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data across centers. o Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and timely sharing for program decision-making. o Provide constructive feedback to field teams through data insights, field observations, and recognition mechanisms. Documentation & Knowledge Management: o Document best practices, learning insights, and field innovations for internal dissemination and reporting. o Contribute to training toolkits, SOPs, case studies, and knowledge sharing artefacts.
