Face to Face Fundraiser Role/Business Development Executive Role: Engaging with People: Approaching individuals in public places (like streets, malls, events) to talk about the NGO’s cause. Building Rapport: Explaining the NGO’s work in a passionate and convincing way to inspire people to donate. Fundraising: Encouraging one-off or regular donations, often via sign-ups for monthly contributions. Meeting Targets: Working towards daily or weekly fundraising goals. Skills & Qualities Needed Excellent Communication Skills Confidence & Resilience Teamwork Adaptability Locations: Bangalore (Busy streets and shopping centers, Malls). Perks & Benefits: Training and coaching in sales, public speaking, or fundraising. Base salary + performance-based monthly incentives.
