Fundraiser

The Fundraiser – Campaign Field Worker is responsible for engaging directly with the public to raise awareness and generate financial support for the organization’s campaigns. This role involves field-based outreach, donor engagement, relationship building, and representing the organization in a professional and compelling manner. Conduct field outreach in assigned areas to promote campaigns and secure donations. Approach individuals, businesses, and community groups to communicate the organization’s mission and impact. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing donors. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets. Collect, record, and report donor information accurately. Participate in campaign planning, strategy sessions, and training. Represent the organization at events, booths, and community activities. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to ethical fundraising standards. Provide feedback from field activities to improve campaign strategies.
