Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role at SmilingTears Foundation, located in Delhi, India. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support the organization's initiatives. Key responsibilities include researching potential donors, cultivating donor relationships, organizing fundraising events, writing grant proposals, and ensuring donors are engaged and appreciated. Collaboration with team members and maintaining a strong network with stakeholders will be essential to achieving fundraising goals. Qualifications Experience in Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Sponsorship Development Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Skills Event Planning and Organizational Skills Knowledge of Nonprofit Management and Community Engagement Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and deadlines A passion for social impact, environmental protection, and public welfare Proficiency in using CRM platforms and fundraising tools is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field
