The Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutional donors to secure financial and non-financial support for the organizations programs. The role involves identifying new funding opportunities, preparing proposals, managing donor relationships, calling donor and ensuring timely reporting and compliance. The position requires strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of CSR, social impact, and resource mobilization in the non-profit sector.
