Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain high levels of quality control and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing outlets or restaurants, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
