Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely data reporting for each project, including data from banks, builders, loans, and institutional sources.
  • Manage MIS creation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee APF (Approved Project File) documentation and updates.
  • Coordinate with the central team for business reporting and collection tracking.
  • Ensure all operational processes comply with internal policies and regulatory norms.
  • Maintain systematic documentation for audits and project reviews.
  • Manage relationships with builders, financial institutions, and DSAs.
  • Handle DSA empanelment, onboarding, and periodic review.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth execution of real estate transactions.
  • Support leadership in business reporting, operational integration, and program scale-up.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for better team efficiency.


What we are looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a real estate or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, MIS, and compliance processes.
  • Understanding of real estate documentation and APF mechanisms.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to work independently.


Salary

  •  ₹7–8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)


Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
