Job Description

Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities (Summary)

Support the Managing Director in daily business operations, reporting, reviews, and execution of strategic directives.
Coordinate with all departments — HR, Sales, Finance, Purchase, and Branches — to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
Oversee HR operations including attendance, onboarding, employee discipline, recruitment support, and policy compliance.
Track sales performance, support sales teams with processes, and resolve inter-departmental operational issues affecting revenue.
Ensure timely invoicing, purchase approvals, vendor coordination, and cost control in collaboration with Finance & Purchase teams.
Manage and standardize branch operations, implement SOPs, and conduct regular audits for process efficiency.
Handle administration, office management, IT readiness, AMC/vendor management, and compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports, maintain documentation, and drive continuous process improvements across departments.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and partners for escalations and ensure high service quality.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational discipline, timely execution, and alignment with company goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
