Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product features, benefits, and technical specifications. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products. Customer Support: Provide expert advice and support to customers, addressing product-related queries and resolving issues promptly. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training materials. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities. Analyze competitive products and market conditions. Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to offer insights and feedback on product improvements and new features. Documentation: Prepare and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and training guides. Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product messaging and support.
