Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning & Control

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses/RPCs to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Analyze sales trends, lead times, and demand patterns to plan inventory replenishment.
  • Minimize stockouts and overstock situations through accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Conduct periodic stock reconciliations and variance analysis.

2. Order Processing & Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing from sales order receipt to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track order status and ensure adherence to TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and SLA compliance.

3. Dispatch & Distribution Planning

  • Prepare and monitor daily/weekly dispatch plans in coordination with warehouse & logistics teams.
  • Ensure optimal vehicle utilization and route planning for cost-effective deliveries.
  • Liaise with transporters and ensure timely dispatch of goods as per customer / FC (Fulfilment Center) requirements.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Maintain MIS reports for inventory health, order status, stock movement, and dispatch performance.
  • Use Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards) for daily operational analysis.
  • Provide insights to management on slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory.

5. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify gaps and improve efficiency in inventory management and order-to-dispatch processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, documentation, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for continuous process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Dashboard creation, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Good understanding of inventory planning, logistics & dispatch operations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in Commerce.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in inventory management, dispatch planning, or order processing in FMCG / Retail / E-commerce.

  • On-time delivery performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
