Roles And Responsibilities Job Description – Assistant Manager, Operations Lead the US Insurance Operations team, manage day-to-day operations, and focus on the delivery of Core metrics: TAT, Quality other KPI Metrics periodically review the progress on the same proactively Partner with Leadership to promote department Productivity and business objectives Routinely analyze Quality results to report error trends Drive performance by leading a team of 13 to 15 team members to be able to supervise, check and groom Staff Identify root causes of errors and opportunities for defect reduction Analyze and develop overall plans (department and Individual) Administrative responsibilities as assigned Strong knowledge of effective inventory management during major staffing shrinkage Familiar with business continuity plan and implementation To ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of quality services Interacting with Business Owners to understand and capture all requirements of the process Maintenance of the standard operating procedures for all the processes Responsible to prepare and review the Daily, weekly, and monthly Quality dashboard with Onshore and offshore stakeholders. Comply with teams and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as but not limited to, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to the flexibility of work benefits and work environment and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation on its ability to do so Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Non – Technical) 8 - 11 years of experience in Operations Rich experience in US Insurance platform Usage (Lifecomm, Vantage, Cyberlife, and workflows) Hands-on experience in US Insurance Domain, preferably Life insurance, annuities, and Retirement Exposure to all the facets of Operations Management Strong Proficiency in MS Office Sound Reporting / MIS Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Sig Sigma knowledge/ Certified / Trained Exposure to Performance Management, Escalation Management, Change Management, and Stakeholder Management Hands experience in Appraisal Mechanism and Performance Management Open to Night Shifts Preferred Skillsets Transition Experience Process Consulting Show more Show less
