Manager – New & Critical Business OperationsRole PurposeThe Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution and monitoring of

Project Udaan

, Berkowits’ new clinic expansion and critical operations vertical. The role involves being in

constant touch with identified clinics

, reviewing

MIS and ERP reports

, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring

timely resolution

. The candidate will act as the bridge between clinics and the central operations team, ensuring high standards of efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations Oversight

Act as the single point of contact for identified clinics under Project Udaan.Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, compliance, and quality benchmarks.Coordinate with Clinic Managers for day-to-day issues and escalations.

MIS & ERP Analysis

Review daily/weekly/monthly MIS and ERP reports.Track key business metrics: revenue, collections, leads, show-ups, conversions, and cancellations.Identify variances, anomalies, or leakages and highlight corrective actions.

Gap Identification & Resolution

Spot operational inefficiencies across sales, service delivery, and inventory management.Work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, HR, Marketing) to plug gaps.Monitor implementation of solutions and escalate if delays persist.

Business Critical Projects

Support rollouts of new initiatives (loyalty programs, pricing changes, clinic launches).Ensure timely adoption of new tools, processes, and systems at the clinic level.Drive pilots in select clinics and monitor outcomes.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare actionable reports and dashboards for leadership.Track clinic-wise performance against defined KPIs.Provide early warning signals on risks, underperformance, or operational bottlenecks.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong

analytical skills

with ability to read and interpret data (Excel/Google Sheets, MIS).Familiarity with

ERP/CRM systems

(Zenoti, SalesMax, or equivalent preferred).Excellent

communication & coordination skills

to work with multiple stakeholders.Proactive problem-solver with an

eye for detail

.Ability to work in a

fast-paced, multi-clinic environment

.Comfortable with frequent clinic visits/travel if required.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably in Business, Operations, or related field).2–4 years of experience in

business operations / MIS analysis / multi-site operations

.Prior exposure to

healthcare, retail, or service industry

will be an added advantage.Growth PathOpportunity to move into

Manager – New & Critical Business Operations

within 18–24 months, based on performance.Exposure to

clinic expansion projects, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic decision-making

at the leadership level.
