Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. ATL (Above the Line) Marketing:

  • Plan and execute mass outreach campaigns through TV, FM, newspaper ads, hoardings, and other ATL platforms.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for ad creatives, scripts, and media planning.
  • Manage media buying to ensure optimal placement and reach in target regions.
  • Support seasonal branding campaigns during exam seasons, admissions windows, and scholarship drives.

2. BTL (Below the Line) Marketing:

  • Organize on-ground activities such as school/college visits, seminars, aptitude tests, scholarship drives, career fairs, and parent seminars.
  • Execute canopy activities, flyer distribution, poster campaigns, and street branding near educational hubs.
  • Monitor branding and POS visibility across branches and centers.
  • Work with internal teams and local vendors for smooth execution and timely delivery of assets.
  • Track BTL campaign leads and coordinate with the sales/counseling team for BTL activation at branches.

3. Reporting & Insights:

  • Monitor ATL & BTL campaign performance weekly/monthly.
  • Track marketing spend
  • Prepare PR, PO and other billing related works in SAP
  • Prepare detailed post-campaign analysis and suggest areas for optimization.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Admissions, Academic Heads, and Branch Managers for localized promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, printing vendors, and media agencies.
  • Support digital team by syncing offline efforts with online campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience in education or service industry.
  • Strong command of regional language and understanding of local education trends.
  • Familiarity with student behavior and seasonal admission patterns.
  • Good communication, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively for local activation and center support.
