With a focus on quality and innovation, we are expanding our network of dealers and distributors and looking for a field-based Marketing Executive to drive sales and business growth.

Position: Marketing Executive

Salary: ₹15,000/month (Minimum Fixed Pay & Can Be Increased As Per Candidate Credentials )

Incentives: Performance-based as per company policy

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Physically visit districts, tehsils, cities and any area within designated state to expand dealer/distributor network.
• Identify and meet e-rickshaw dealers, battery sellers, 2-wheeler dealers, tyre puncture shops, and other relevant businesses.
• Travel and cover areas within a 125 km radius using a bike. For longer journeys, use of train (sleeper class) is mandatory.
• Visit company’s principal office once a month (compulsory).
• Ensure effective promotion of company’s e-vehicle products.
• Work towards dealer/distributor onboarding and generate repeat orders.
• Maintain reports of visits, dealer feedback, and sales prospects.
• Promotional Activities with Dealers and End Clients.
• Online Promotion
• There should be Special Promotion on Festivals days & seasons both Online & Offline.

Incentives & Allowances:

Sales-Based Allowance:

• ₹100 per e-rickshaw sold above 120 units/month ( Incentive is not on 120 units/month )
• Applicable only if dealer clears all past dues and places repeat orders.

Onboarding Incentive:

• ₹1,000 for every dealer onboarded (with repeat orders).
• ₹3,000 for every distributor onboarded (with repeat orders).

Travel & Stay Reimbursements:

Category City Type Hotel Charges (per night)

Tier 1 Metro ₹600

Tier 2 Urban ₹500

Tier 3 Small ₹400

• Travel via bike for nearby visits (within 125 km).
• Train (sleeper class) for long-distance travel.

Meal Allowance:

Meal Condition Amount

Breakfast Only if journey starts before 7 AM ₹40

Lunch Applicable every working day ₹60

Dinner Only if returning after 10 PM ₹60

Leave Policy (For Long Travel):

Travel Days Paid Off Days

12 to 15 Days Trip 2 Days Off

18 to 20 Days Trip 3 Days Off

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate BBA/MBA/BCOM/ENGINEERING will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of local regions and geography.
• Strong convincing and sales ability.
• Must own a bike and valid driving license and other documents required.
• Should have hands on social media & online marketing skills
• Should have a laptop.
• Should have hands on experience on Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel extensively and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
• Previous experience in field marketing, preferably in auto, battery, or e-vehicle sector.
