We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, elevate brand presence, and strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Lead brand-building initiatives across online platforms, PR, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
• Manage content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI, KPIs).
• Build partnerships with media, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in consulting or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into impactful strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
