We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, elevate brand presence, and strengthen client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Lead brand-building initiatives across online platforms, PR, and events. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights. Manage content creation for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads. Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance (ROI, KPIs). Build partnerships with media, vendors, and relevant stakeholders. Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies. Lead and mentor a small marketing team. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in consulting or B2B environment. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into impactful strategies. Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.
