Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounts team to ensure smooth functioning of all financial operations.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including payables, receivables, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) for audits and financial reviews.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support management with financial analysis, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders for financial matters.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate documentation of all financial records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in [manufacturing/service/retail/etc., depending on your industry]

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
