Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

1. Vendor Finalization, Development and Reconciliation
2. Make the work plan by checking contractor strength/workload and allocate work to outsourced
   vendors
3. Prepare sub-contractor purchase order as per work allocation
4. Planning and Execution of Production Bar chart for outsourced vendor
5. Check material availability with store department & prepare material shortfall list
6. Plan transport and crane with store for processing material
7. Ensure all manufacturing activities are completed as per project timelines
8. Coordinate with QC department for stage wise inspection
9. Submit vendor/contractor payment data to commercial department and Management
10. Submit estimated costing & actual costing to Reporting Head
11. Collaborate with QC department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements
12. Collect, analyze and summarize production data, information & trends to Reporting Head
13. Report daily manufacturing activities of outsourced vendors and highlight critical issue to
    Reporting Head
14. Handle client inspection
15. Interdepartmental coordination
16. ERP/Oracle Operations
17. Monitor quality standards, costs and provide administrative support
18. Ability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary
