Job Description

The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across the Creative, Digital Marketing, Web Development, SEO, and Studio teams. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with the company’s strategic goals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Coordination & Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of creative, digital, and web teams.
  • Ensure smooth workflow, proper task allocation, and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication between teams and management.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.

2. Project & Client Management

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking multiple marketing projects.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements, feedback, and expectations.
  • Ensure all deliverables (posts, videos, websites, ads, etc.) meet client objectives and deadlines.
  • Support the General Manager in preparing monthly performance and progress reports.

3. Strategic & Marketing Support

  • Contribute ideas for campaign strategies, content planning, and creative improvements.
  • Support in monitoring digital marketing performance (SEO, social media, ads, etc.).
  • Help develop brand-specific marketing initiatives and promotional plans.

4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and weekly progress updates for management review.
  • Manage internal documentation, follow-ups, and workflow approvals.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree Btech , Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or agency operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and creative production is preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
