We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Student Coordinator cum Academic Counselor to manage student-related activities while providing personalized academic and career guidance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between students and the institution, ensuring a supportive, motivating, and growth-oriented learning environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for student engagement and communication.
• Manage student orientation, onboarding, and induction programs.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and performance data.
• Address student concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries regarding course offerings and admission procedures.
• Counsel students and parents about available programs, course structures, career outcomes, and admission requirements.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge (courses, fees, schedules, certifications).
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,181.64 - ₹12,000.00 per month
