Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Coordinator to manage and oversee academic programs and ensure the smooth functioning of educational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate academic activities and schedules.
• Monitor the academic performance of students and provide guidance to improve outcomes.
• Support faculty members in curriculum planning, teaching strategies, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and institutional policies.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and academic reports.
• Facilitate communication between management, staff, students, and parents.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs for staff and students.
• Resolve academic-related issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or related roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic educational software.

Job Type: Full-time
