Job Description: Coordinator
Position Title: Academic Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualification :
● Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Experience:
● 3+ years of academic/administrative experience preferred.
● Fresher’s with strong skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
Skills :
● MS Office (Excel expertise a must).
● Strong written & verbal communication.
● Organizational & time management skills.
● Ability to coordinate between faculty and students.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and classes.
● Maintain student & faculty academic records.
● Prepare academic reports and data sheets.
● Assist in academic events, guest lectures & workshops.
● Draft and circulate academic notices & communications.
● Ensure compliance with academic regulations & audits.
Location: SIBM, Nagpur (Constituent of Symbiosis International [Deemed University], Pune)
