About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Key Accounts (E-Commerce & Quick Commerce) to manage and grow our online business across leading platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellence in execution across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across assigned e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms.

2. Ensure timely receipt and reconciliation of payments from all key accounts.

3. Enhance ratings, reviews, and repeat purchase rates through customer feedback and service excellence.

4. Oversee daily operations of e-commerce and quick commerce platforms to ensure seamless execution.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Customer Support, Marketing, and Production) to ensure smooth purchase order processing and fulfillment.

6. Monitor and analyze platform APIs (OTIF, fill rates, appointment schedules) to optimize operational efficiency.

7. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for NPD (New Product Development) and new launches.

8. Plan and execute platform-specific price promotions in collaboration with the marketing and leadership teams.

9.Prepare and analyze performance reports using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Graduate / Post-graduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience handling E-commerce or Quick Commerce key accounts in the FMCG / Packaged Foods sector.

· Strong understanding of platform operations (e.g., Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket).

· Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
