Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an E-Commerce Lead specializing in FMCG foods. The E-Commerce Lead will oversee the company's online sales strategy, manage product listings, analyze market trends, and work to enhance the online customer experience. Key responsibilities will include coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth, liaising with marketing teams for digital campaigns, and ensuring effective customer service responses to build long-term relationships with buyers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Commerce and experience in managing e-commerce platforms
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
• Sales skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and meet revenue targets
• Familiarity with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) operations is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• Experience with tools and platforms such as Excel, Google Analytics, or CRM software is a plus
