We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager responsible for driving customer engagement, executing campaigns and analysing performance for Davai’s B2B users. The role focuses heavily on data analysis, planning and executing marketing automation and in-app campaigns, coordinating with field teams and preparing performance reports. The KAM will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives aimed at user retention, repeat purchases and account growth.
