Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager responsible for driving customer engagement, executing campaigns and analysing performance for Davai’s B2B users. The role focuses heavily on data analysis, planning and executing marketing automation and in-app campaigns, coordinating with field teams and preparing performance reports. The KAM will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives aimed at user retention, repeat purchases and account growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Analysis & Performance Insights Analyse sales trends, repeat purchase behaviour, inactive users and city/zone-level performance. Track KPIs using Tableau, Amplitude, Excel and internal dashboards. Identify gaps, performance drops and growth opportunities. Share weekly insights with management and field teams. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Create and manage marketing automation campaigns using Customer.io (email, WhatsApp, push). Build segments based on user behaviour, order history, lifecycle stage and activity levels. Plan B2B campaign flows such as welcome series, repeat nudges, churn reduction, win-back campaigns and product-specific offers. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for higher conversions. Ensure field execution aligns with the marketing and campaign plan. 3. Presentation & Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly performance presentations for leadership. Maintain dashboards and reporting sheets for campaigns, users and sales performance. Convert raw data into simple insights and visual summaries. 4. Customer Account Support Monitor top customers, key accounts, high-value buyers and consistent buyers. Share personalised offers, nudges and communication as required. Support onboarding and education of new users on app features and benefits. Work with customer support/ops for resolving escalations related to key users. 5. Internal Coordination Align with marketing, product, content and operations teams for campaign requirements and execution. Share daily/weekly updates on targets, status, progress and challenges. Ensure timely execution of tasks by maintaining trackers and follow-ups. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in account management, CRM, campaign execution or data-driven roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Tableau and reporting tools. Experience with Customer.io or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platforms preferred. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced B2B environment. Detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable working with data.
